Message from Your 2026 Club President

Doug Moore

Dear LTMGC Members,

First off, Happy Holidays! I am honored to reach out as the new Men's Club president for 2026. Having served as both a longtime member and board member, I am truly excited for the upcoming golf year. The 2026 board is already hard at work during these winter months, diligently planning what we hope will be an outstanding tournament season for the Lone Tree Men's Club.

Looking Back at 2025

Reflecting on 2025, our club enjoyed a fantastic season marked by robust participation in events throughout the year. Tournament prizes reached nearly $70,000, with most members receiving a portion of those winnings. For 2026, we are aiming to increase tournament payouts even further. Membership renewal details and the complete schedule for the upcoming season will be shared soon for those interested in renewing.

Member Input and Survey Results

As we are preparing for the new year, I want to extend my gratitude to the 116 members who completed our recent survey. Your feedback and suggestions have been invaluable to the new board as we develop our plans for 2026, including our tournament schedule and formats. Please use the link below to review how members collectively responded to the survey questions, as well as the actions the board plans to take based on your input.

Club Logo Update

One notable change for 2026 will be an update to the club’s logo. Lone Tree, along with other South Suburban golf courses, has recently updated its logo and has asked us to consider aligning ours with theirs. After careful consideration of more than ten options, the board has made its decision. We are thrilled to introduce a new logo for the club, which you will soon see featured in our communications.

Looking Ahead to 2026

In closing, the Lone Tree Men’s Golf Club had a tremendous 2025, and we are looking forward to an even better golf season in 2026. With your ongoing input, our new logo, and the board’s dedication to enhancing our club offerings, we are eager to continue improving your experience as valued members.

Sincerely,

Doug Moore

2026 LTMGC Board President
